Hey, I’m Amy Batten — coach, mentor, and fellow legacy-builder.

I didn’t become a coach because I had it all figured out. I became a coach because I didn’t.

I was burned out. I’d done the trainings, followed the formulas, posted the graphics, and hit the ranks. And still, I found myself questioning if I was really cut out for leadership — or if I was just missing something everyone else seemed to know.

I walked away from network marketing, certain I was done for good.

But when a medical bill forced me to find another stream of income, I knew one thing for sure: I couldn’t go back to hustle culture, spammy sales tactics, and the constant pressure to “just do more.”

So I didn’t.

I found a better company — and I created a better way.

And now? I coach women like you who are ready to build smarter, not harder.
